Purchased: Acquired as a “warranty” bike from Gary Fischer himself. It replaced a 1984 Comp (Columbus tubing) bought from one of his team racers.
Technical Features:
-Tange prestige – 1st year for Fisher to use this tubing
-Super Light Climber
-Slack head angles for downhill
Personal Notes:
Same bike model that Joe Murray dominated the off road racing scene with.
A classic of early mountain bike design.
